The 14th Xiamen Machinery and Electronics Exhibition has opened in Xiamen. Thanks to the global economic recovery, this year's show is setting a record. The four-day event provides an exhibition space of 60 thousand square meters, and 25-hundred booths, 30 percent more than the previous show. Companies from Taiwan have booked more than five-hundred booths.

The trade show attracts over eight-hundred companies from more than 20 countries and regions. The organizer says the exhibition showcases mechanical equipment, construction machinery, packaging and printing equipment, industrial automation, and flat panel display products.
