Since May, 8th, 2010, Lishide Technical Service Team have been visiting all excavator users and help them maintain the excavator and settle issues.
They have covered for 3120 kilometers, and checked and maintained 60 sets of Lishide excavators.
During the maintenance, the team would settle all issues the customer brought up, and corrected the improper operation methods. They checked the air filter, fuel tank, air conditioner, monitor of the excavator, and made good suggestion for the customers, which gained highly praise.
Their visit imroves the customers' confidence in Lishide, which will create more value for them.
