August 16, the Hi-tech base of CITIC HIC which is invested 3.8 billion RMB began construction. The hi-tech base is being built in Yibin district of Luoyang.  The high-tech base project cover an area of 290,000m2, and it will have the annual output of 732 sets of heavy equipment, and the operating revenual will be up to 7.1 billion RMB when it is put into production.
