Bomag has launched new light tandem roller BW100ADM-5. It features improved working conditions, optimally designed operator’s platform, all-around visibility and intuitive controls to ensure efficient operation. The steering wheel has a small diameter to provide more space for operator and a clear view all controls. Additional comfort is provided by adjustable operator seat. Operator platform also features multi-function lever and a dashboard with warning signals, hour meter and fuel level indicator.

Bomag BW100ADM-5 is powered by water-cooled 20.2-hp (15 kW) Kubota diesel engine. The engine has a special ECOMODE system that automatically idles the engine to conserve fuel during inactivity. A working width of BW90AD-5 is 100 cm, the centrifugal force is 17 kN at a frequency of 3,780 vpm. For best quality paving new roller is equipped with a Bomag Intelligent Vibration Control. Compact design allows BW100ADM-5 to work in confined spaces and provide excellent maneuverability. A 100 L water tank and pressurized spray deliver sufficient water coverage to the drums. When working in windy conditions a windscreen protection keeps water dispersal.

The roller’s hood provides easy access to the engine, the steering wheel allows quick entry to central electronics. BW100ADM-5 standard safety features includes: spring-applied, hydraulically released parking brake, protection system ROPS, seat belt, back-up alarm, emergency stop button, front and rear lights to work in the dark.
