For the third consecutive year, SANY excavators are ranked first for service satisfaction by the China Association for Quality. In 2012, SANY excavators achieved a score of 90.4 on the association's annual customer satisfaction survey. SANY also held the top rank in 2010 and 2011.

The survey of end users covered a range of issues, including after-sales service policies, service timeliness, maintenance quality, service network and parts quality. SANY's 90.4 points on the survey was nearly 20 points higher than the No. 2 excavator, a Japanese brand. The survey primarily rated SANY and six well-known foreign excavator brands.

Survey feedback from excavator end users is especially valuable, because customers have the most direct and complete understanding of service quality of the various excavator brands. For manufacturers, the China Association for Quality survey is considered an authoritative evaluation of service quality.
