April 21 to May 2 – LiuGong conducted its first TTT (Train the Trainer) certification program for dealers in Latin America. Participants included trainers from Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Brazil, Bolivia, and Uruguay.

The training focused on LiuGong’s T-series loaders and E-series excavators. Unlike conventional service training, it adopted a dual-dimensional assessment model combining technical operations with teaching simulation. This comprehensive approach evaluated the overall competence of dealer trainers.

LiuGong’s technical master, who has over 30 years of frontline service and training experience, served as the chief technical advisor. Through detailed theoretical explanations and hands-on demonstrations, He helped deepen the participants’ technical knowledge while improving their teaching and communication skills.
Certification Achievements
After rigorous evaluations, the participants were officially certified at primary and intermediate levels. These newly certified trainers will play a key role in knowledge dissemination and technical support across Latin America, helping LiuGong deliver high-quality services to local customers.
