Recently, at a construction site in Indonesia, Shantui Janeoo successfully completed the no-load test run of one E5R-090 concrete mixing plant, which will soon be applied to the construction of the local Upper Sisokan Pumped Storage Power Station.
The Shantui Janeoo E5R concrete mixing plant adopts modular design and container-style exterior decoration, featuring flexible site layout and convenient disassembly and assembly, which facilitates the repeated relocation and reuse of the concrete mixing plant. The belt conveyor for material feeding is stable in performance and fast in material conveyance, effectively ensuring the efficiency of material conveyance during construction. Equipped with coarse and fine weighing and metering, it provides high and stable metering accuracy, enabling more precise concrete proportioning for hydropower construction. The "Engineering King" mixing mainframe, equipped with various feeding process technologies, is suitable for various concrete mixing needs, making mixing worry-free.
It is reported that the Upper Sisaun Pumped Storage Power Station is the first pumped storage power station in Indonesia and a landmark project for achieving the goal of "renewable energy accounting for 23% by 2025" and the country's energy transformation. Upon completion, the project will further promote the development of local clean and renewable energy, enhance peak power generation capacity, and facilitate Indonesia's transition from traditional energy to clean energy.
