Recently, Shantui's large excavator SE500LCW landed in a Kyrgyzstan mining area. Delivering stable, efficient performance, it accomplished heavy-load excavation flawlessly, adding another milestone for domestic equipment in overseas coal mining.

Operating 24/7, the mine requires equipment to run over 20 hours daily, testing long-term stability and heavy-load adaptability. Shantui's "sales-tech-service" team responded promptly with extensive coal mining expertise, optimizing power, chassis and spare parts pre-storage.

SE500LCW is fitted with Weichai's low-speed, high-torque "golden core" engine and matched with a large-displacement main pump. Adopting core technologies like dynamic power optimization, automatic excavation boost control logic and intelligently controlled independent cooling system, the machine achieves 10% higher operating efficiency and 15% lower fuel consumption under the same working conditions. Meanwhile, the boom front strut and dipper arm are fully widened, with stress-bearing parts reinforced, significantly extending service life.

This success showcases the SE500LCW's strength and marks a key milestone for Shantui in the overseas mining market. Shantui will further expand its overseas footprint, empowering global mining with more efficient, reliable integrated solutions and full-life-cycle services.
